About HillView:

Marion County / Ocala is the Horse Capital of the World and we are proud to offer one of the finest boarding facilities in the area.

HillView farm is a 60+ acre facility that offers a combination of grassy pastures and shady oak trees secured by 3 board horse safe fencing. Our stalls are a large 12X12 which allows your horse to be comfortable with ample room to move around. Fresh water is always available to your horse through automated waterers in the paddocks as well as the stalls.

We rotate our paddocks regularly to allow the grass to recover. Additionally, we drag the pastures for manure spreading and treat for weeds. From spring to fall, our pastures are lush and green and it's usually not necessary to supplement feeding with hay, but in the cooler winter months it is necessary that your horse receive hay to ensure a well rounded diet.

We also reside on the farm so there is always someone available to you.



Area Attractions:

HITS is just 15 minutes up the road where from mid-January through March offers a series of horse hunter/jumper shows where trainers, groomers and supporters come together during this time. If you are in town during show dates, stop by and spend the day watching the competition.

Florida Horse Park situated on 500 acres in the heart of Central Florida, this year-round, world class facility is fast becoming the centerpiece of Florida's equestrian lifestyle community. The Park offers international caliber competition courses, an exciting schedule of world class events that is drawing top competitors and spectators from every horse sport discipline, locally and globally and educational opportunities for the horse enthusiast.

Silver River State Park is currently in the process of creating equine trails with a picnic/overnight area. These trails will be on the north side of the park, and will eventually connect with the Marjorie Harris Carr Greenway. We'll keep you posted!

Pruitt trailhead a part of Florida's statewide system of Greenways and Trails under the Rails to Trails project, is located just 4.5 miles from HillView farm and offers miles of natural scenic trails for Equestrian riding.
